The LEAD Uganda co-creation workshop is a crucial event in which we will work closely together to define the framework for the next four years of the LEAD programme. This collaborative effort is essential to ensure that all partners’ ideas, strategies, and activities align with the overall objectives of LEAD Uganda. The workshop will focus on creating a unified project design, integrating various activities, and developing the partnerships necessary to implement sustainable and impactful initiatives.
By the end of the workshop, we aim to have a clear, shared vision for the programme and a comprehensive action plan that will guide our work over the coming years. It is a unique opportunity to work together, combining our strengths to deliver effective solutions for refugees and host communities.
